At the Bikita Foundation, we recognize that our volunteers are essential to the success of our mission. That’s why we host the Volunteers Workshop, an event dedicated to equipping our volunteers with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to make an even greater impact. This interactive workshop is designed to empower our volunteers to lead, inspire, and contribute more effectively to our programs that support Nigerian youths.

Participants will engage in hands-on training, share best practices, and connect with like-minded individuals who are passionate about creating change. The workshop covers areas such as mentorship techniques, community engagement strategies, and effective communication skills to help volunteers guide and motivate our scholarship recipients.
